Resident District Manager and Higher Education Lead, Amy Dugan
Our Resident District Manager and Higher Education Lead, Amy Dugan began at UIndy in 2019. Amy has a passion for higher education and has worked in leadership at University of Indianapolis and Loyola University Chicago. She has worked in contract food management for 16 years across Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana and earned her Bachelors degree in Communications from Wright State University. Amy is honored to be a part of the UIndy community, and so excited to continue to build our dining program and relationships on campus. Her favorite parts of this job are being able to interact with the UIndy community, and leading the dining team to enhance the overall UIndy experience.

Director of Operations, Philip Zernia
Philip Zernia is our Director of Operations and began at UIndy in 2023. Philip oversees the front of house operations, including Ober Dining Hall, Greyhound Express, all The Perk coffee shops, and Streets Food Court. He has a background of 4 years in higher education leadership and graduated from Michigan State University in Hospitality business. While Philip is not at work, he loves spending time with his dog, Lexi, watching sports on tv, going out to eat, trying new foods, and traveling!
